Welcome to the Country Bay Music Festival FAQ page! Whether you’re a seasoned country music fan or new to the genre, this is your go-to resource for all the essential information you need to make the most of your time at our inaugural festival. Country Bay will take place at the Historic Miami Marine Stadium in Key Biscayne.

Country Bay will take place November 11-12, 2023. Gates will open at 12pm ET & the show will end around 11pm ET every night.

While we do not allow outside food or drinks at Country Bay, we acknowledge that certain attendees may have food allergies. To ensure your safety and accommodate your critical food allergy, please follow these guidelines:

  1. If you have a critical food allergy, you must wear a medical alert bracelet or present a doctor’s note at the entrance to the security team. 
  2. We strongly recommend carrying an EpiPen in case of an allergic reaction.
  3. Food brought in due to food allergies should be in individual portions only. 
  4. A small personal-sized cooler is permitted to store your allergy-safe food and drinks.

If you purchased tickets after October 31st, do not reside in the United States, or purchased single day tickets, you must pick them up at Will Call located on-site (hours below): 

  • November 8th, 2pm-8pm 
  • November 9th, 2pm-8pm 
  • November 10th, 2pm-10pm
  • November 11th, 10am-11pm 
  • November 12th, 10am-10pm

The individual who bought the tickets needs to present a valid ID to collect the wristbands.

Children ages 6 and under will receive free entry into the GA area of the festival.

We will send a form a few days before the festival to collect boat information so we can appropriately place your boat in the basin. If you bought a Basin Pass – you will have a spot. We need to check tides, winds, size of boats, and more in order for everyone to have an enjoyable experience. After filling out this form, your flag will be shipped to the address on file.

Parking passes will be available for sale at the venue on event days. Parking is located on
Arthur Lamb Road, VIP parking is sold out. For those that have VIP parking passes, the
designated area will be located on the western side of Miami Marine Stadium. Clear signage
will be placed to point you in the right direction.

● No glitter or mylar of any kind is allowed

● Cameras, selfie sticks, go pros, drones
● Coolers or large bags
● Illegal substances
● Large Umbrellas
● iPads or tablets
● Laser pointers or glow sticks
● Any item deemed to be unsafe by venue management
● Aerosol cans of any kind
● Toys, water guns or squirt guns
● In-line skates, roller skates, skateboards or bikes
● Balloons, balls, inflatables
● Sticks, bats or clubs

Country Bay will take place rain or shine! Our team will keep a close watch on the weather.
Should a severe storm come about, we will implement the proper protocols to keep our
guests safe. Be sure to check out our social posts for updates!

We will have chairs available for rent in designated areas! You may not bring your own
chairs. You can save money by pre-reserving your chair for each day at

Boat placement will be determined based on your vessel’s size. We recommend arriving early to
get premier placement in the basin.

Yes, the parking map will be shared on our social media channels a few days before the
festival. Please stay tuned to our channels for more information.

No, we will not be livestreaming the Country Bay Music Festival for our first-year edition.

We’ll be offering a variety of beverages in the VIP package, including beer, liquor, seltzers,
RTDs, and more. Some of the featured brands will include White Claw, Jack Daniel’s mixed
seltzer, and Coors Light.

There will be sand in some areas of the festival, but the majority of the event will be on

Country Bay features asphalt pathways throughout, with the exception of VIP Beach Club,
where the entire area is covered in soft, pristine sand, providing a genuinely immersive

  1. There will be limited seating available in the VIP Beach Club. Seating is not reserved and it is first come first serve .
  1. Parking passes are only sold out online. Additional parking passes will be sold within the GA parking area during the festival weekend so there’s no need to get out of your car when you arrive!

No, rented chairs come folded and they can be folded and unfolded for easy pick up and mobility.

We’ll have a designated chair rental area with a view of the stage at Country Bay!


  1. No, you do not have to keep the chair with you the whole time! You can return it at the booth and come pick it up later! You can also carry it around the festival but you cannot set it down anywhere else in front of the stage aside from the designated chair rental area.

Yes, there will be LED screens showing the screens into the Boat Basin and coming from the stage.

No, you cannot bring your own chair to Country Bay. You can rent a chair using this link: 

No, the original purchaser must come pick up their order at Will Call with a valid picture ID. 

Upgrades will not be available on site.  

In this case, please see a customer service agent at Will Call and your bracelet will be exchanged. Make sure to bring your original tightened bracelet, no new bracelets will be given out without the original to exchange.

Yes, there will be ATMs on-site. The bars are cashless, but all craft and food vendors accept cash! 

Yes, as long as it’s empty while going through security!

Yes, VIP Beach Club & Platinum VIP both include a full open bar, all day, on both days.

  1. GA parking is accessible for ADA guests. We’ll provide a shuttle that will take guests from GA parking to festival grounds.
  1. No, parking is not included with the purchase of any admission ticket. 
  1. No, there will not be any access to the bay to swim or sit by the water. 
  1. If you have issues with any tickets purchased through Front Gate Tickets, please reach out to

  1. Hotel package wristbands will have to be picked up at Will Call and these guests will have the Priority of skipping the regular Will Call line. We’ll send an email with more information on this. Please reach out if you have any questions.
  1. There are not any water refill stations available for our inaugural year. Water is available for purchase at any bar throughout the festival grounds. 
  1. BYOBoat passes are not transferable and are not refundable
  1. Yes, as long as you have your flag visible, your boat can come in and out of the basin during the allowed hours.
  1. No, there is no dock for you to get off your boat and join the festival on land. BYOB tickets are not valid for the on land festival.

No re-entry is allowed. However if there is an emergency see a manager at the front entrance.

  1. The brightline train can drop you off in downtown Miami and from there you can take an Uber or take a Brightline+ ride that will take you from the station to CBMF

Small bags and fanny packs under 12×12 don’t have to be clear, but bigger bags, still under 12×12, have to be clear.

  1. Take your chair – don’t leave unattended. You can move it around the festival for mobility reasons (ex. You need to go get a drink or food), but you cannot set it down anywhere else other than the chair area.
  1. If you rented a chair online, your chair is guaranteed regardless of at what time during the day you decide to pick it up. If you did not reserve a chair online, a rental is subject to availability on site. At the end of the day you don’t need to take it back to the chair rental station, staff members will collect them and you can pick another one the next day if you rented it for both days. It is your chair to move, you can  move 
  1. Yes, you are guaranteed a spot if you bought a parking pass online.

No, transportation from the hotel to the festival will not be provided.

  1. Majority of the event site is ADA accessible. We’ll have ADA accessible restrooms, shuttles, and a viewing platform (first come first serve) for the handicapped guest and 1 companion. Please register at the guest service booth if special accommodations like the one priorly listed are needed.

There is limited seating available throughout the festival but it is first come first serve. If you want to have seating available to you at all times you can rent a chair here:

The name linked to the ticket order cannot be changed therefore the tickets cannot be transferred to allow someone else to pick up tickets at Will Call. The person who purchased the tickets is the only one allowed to pick up their tickets at Will Call as long as they have a valid ID with them.

No, the person whose name is linked to the order is the only one able to pick up their ticket at Will Call.

Yes, you can bring those in and the bag doesn’t need to be clear. But those items need to be accompanied by a baby and can only contain items needed for childcare.
