ADA GUIDE
Country Bay Music Festival is an ADA accessible event, and
we are dedicated to continually improving our efforts to ensure you have access to all the event amenities. We welcome and encourage all feedback and suggestions from our patrons.
The following explains the services provided this year. Please read this informational guide thoroughly before sending an inquiry emails. For any accessibility-related questions not answered in the guide, please email us at info@countrybaymusicfestival.com. We will do our best to assist you and address your accessibility needs.

Our ADA GUIDE
WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBILITY
The venue has been designed to be easily navigable for people with mobility disabilities. The terrain of the event consists of a pavement, with easy walkways and accessible pathways that connect various areas of the venue such as the entrances/exits, stages, viewing areas, restrooms, vendors, and other activities.
Please be aware that we will not be providing wheelchair or scooter rentals.
ADA ENTRANCE
Disabled guests are welcome to use this entrance for safe access to the venue. Once you have used the ADA entry, please visit the Accessibility Services booth immediately afterward to ensure continued access throughout the event.
It's important to note that the ADA entrance will be on an elevated platform that is parrarel to the crowd.
In addition, VIP pass holders may also use the VIP entrance, which is accessible and leads along the paved venue boardwalk.
GUEST SERVICES
There will be an Accessibility Services team conveniently located at the Guest Services booth. After entering through the ADA entrance, head straight along the boardwalk. The Guest Services booth will be located at front of the entrance. At this location, you can:
- Get your ADA wristband credential
- Get your ADA questions answered
- Learn about our accessibility services
WRISTBAND POLICIES
ADA wristbands are good for the whole weekend.
DO NOT remove your wristband for the entire duration of the event.
One companion wristband will be issued for each disabled patron (exceptions will be made for families with young children).
If a disabled guest wants to switch their companion, please bring the old companion wristband to the Accessibility Services booth to be reissued.
ADA PARKING
ACCESSIBLE VIEWING AREAs
Designated stages will provide accessible viewing areas for ADA patrons, and to access these areas, please visit the Guest Services booth.
To ensure a pleasant experience for all, please take note of the following Accessible Viewing Area Policies:
In the event that capacity is reached, companions may be asked to stand at the back.
Smoking is not permitted in these areas for the benefit of all patrons and companions.
Please refrain from saving spots for future use.
Please avoid obstructing the view of other guests behind you.
SERVICE ANIMALS
Service animals are permitted throughout the venue. However, this does not include emotional support animals, therapy animals or companion animals. Any animal whose task is to provide protection, emotional support, well-being, comfort or companionship is not considered a service animal and will not be allowed into the venue. Only service animals that have been individually trained and are under the proper care of their owners will be allowed within the premises.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES
First Aid: We have several First Aid stations located throughout the venue, which can be found on the event maps and website, if available. Professional medical staff will be available at these locations to assist you with any medical needs.
Prescription Medications: For prescription medications, please ensure that they are in their original manufacturer container with your name on it, which should match your government-issued photo ID. You should only bring an adequate amount of medication for the duration of the event, and it must be approved by the medic team upon entry.
