Parking:
Kindly note that there are no designated ADA parking spots available at Country Bay Music Festival. We recommend arranging transportation accordingly.

Scooter and Wheelchair Rentals:
Unfortunately, scooter and wheelchair rentals are not available at the festival. Please plan to bring your own mobility devices if required.

Wheelchair Recharging Space:
We provide a designated area for attendees to recharge their wheelchairs. Please note that attendees are responsible for bringing their own cords and accessories for charging their devices. If you have specific questions or requests regarding wheelchair recharging, please reach out to us at info@countrybaymusicfestival.com.

ASL Interpretations:
Regrettably, we do not offer American Sign Language (ASL) interpretations at the festival.

For access to the ADA deck, an ADA elevator is available.

Dedicated ADA Entrance:
All entrance lanes to Country Bay will be wheelchair accessible to ensure a smooth entry for all attendees.

Accessible Restrooms:
ADA accessible restrooms are provided throughout the festival grounds. These restrooms are equipped with grab bars, ample space, and clear signage to ensure a comfortable experience.

Service Animals:
Only service animals that have been individually trained to perform tasks for individuals with disabilities are allowed within the festival premises. Emotional support animals, therapy animals, or companion animals are not included in this category. Proper care and control of service animals are expected from their owners.

Sensory-Intensive Performances:
We acknowledge that certain performances may have intense lighting or loud sound that could be sensory-intensive. Policies and procedures signage will be displayed to inform attendees about such performances.
