The Basin Terms & Conditions
- All boats within the basin must have a Basin Pass
- Boats must fly the provided Basin flag during the entire time of the festival
- Basin flags are not transferable
- Users must abide by all local, state, federal, and international laws
- Country Bay Music Festival management reserves the right to deny entry to The Basin for any reason.
- Personal Watercraft and dinghies are not permitted
- There is no access to the dock or access to the on-land portion of the festival
- Basin Pass is strictly for your boat. It does not include festival passes or access.
