PETS POLICY
At Country Bay Music Festival, we love our furry friends, but unfortunately, only trained service dogs are allowed at the festival. We welcome guests who rely on the assistance of service animals to enjoy the festival to the fullest. Please note that all service dogs must be properly trained and under control of their handlers at all times. For the safety and comfort of all guests, we kindly ask that all other pets be left at home. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in making the Country Bay Music Festival a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees.
ALCOHOL POLICY
At Country Bay Music Festival, we promote responsible drinking and enforce a strict alcohol policy to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all our guests. Alcoholic beverages will only be served to guests who are 21 years or older, and all guests must show valid identification before purchasing alcohol. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears to be intoxicated or disruptive. Guests are not allowed to bring outside alcoholic beverages into the festival, and any attempt to do so will result in confiscation. We encourage guests to drink responsibly and enjoy the festival to the fullest while keeping themselves and others safe.
PROHIBITED ITEMS
Festival organizers reserve the right to decline admittance to anyone who violates the reasonable policies established for public safety or to restrict activities such as public address to designated areas. No unauthorized Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs, also known as drones) are allowed to fly over the festival without having the operator registered and submit a copy of their FAA registration number, and flight path for approval at the Festival office at least one week prior to the festival.
